The Top Company for Gender Equity Award recognises and honours an organisation that has demonstrated measurable results in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of a balanced percentage between men and women at all levels of its hierarchy.
Grounded in research and based on quantitative data, the award measures the current representation of both genders as well as improvement in women’s representation over time.

Q. Is my company participation confidential?
A. Absolutely. The identities of participating companies, other than the company selected as the Top Company for Gender Equity, will be kept strictly confidential.
Q. Is my company information confidential?
A. Absolutely. All data will be securely contained and strictly confidential. Our jury members will sign your company’s Non Disclosure Agreement upon your request.
Q. Group Moraru sàrl receives sponsorship from corporations. How do I know my company will be fairly evaluated?
A. Each company is evaluated based on the representation of women in its respective workforce. All metrics used in the evaluation are quantitative in nature (see application form).
Q. I work for a government institution. Can we participate?
A. We currently are focused on business organizations so we can compare organizations that are alike in their workforce and structure. Over time, we will consider adding an award category specific to government institutions.
Q. We are a global company. Why is this award only based on Greater Region employees?
A. Our evaluation rubric considers benchmarks in industry representation at various levels, and as well as the supply of graduates and labor pool of women, all of which vary country to country. For this first year of the award, we are starting with the Greater Region labor market. In the future, we intend to expand our award to other countries and labor markets.
Q. Does the data include exempt and non-exempt employees?
A. Yes, the data includes exempt and non-exempt employees of a company. It does not include contractors who are not formally employed by a specific company.
