Daniela Lacramioara (Clara) Moraru is a serial entrepreneur with 4 companies created in Romania, UK and Luxembourg.
She holds a B.A. in Philology and Journalism, a Master in Management from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, as well as an MBA (double concentration in Marketing and International Business) from Sacred Heart University, John F. Welsh College of Business.
Ms. Moraru is highly involved in the promotion of entrepreneurship and leadership by women and is particularly dedicated to encouraging women to develop their leadership skills, enhance their visibility and image within their organisation, create and establish their brand as leaders. She is author of two books featuring successful women in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, and founder of the "Inspiring Wo-Men" conferences and awards which aim at inspiring women to inspire others.
Ms. Moraru has been founding president of Femmes leaders du Luxembourg, founding member and first PR responsible of the Federation des Femmes Cheffes d’Entreprises du Luxembourg, past President (2005-2010) of the Sacred Heart University Alumni Association, member of the Board of the British Chamber of Commerce to Luxembourg (2007-2010), member of the Executive Club Luxembourg and of Cercle Munster Luxembourg.

Vito CASSONE has been appointed in 2010 Chairman of Economist Club Luxembourg, roughly 50% of his Board of Directors are women, and has been appointed recently Chairman of Italian-Luxembourg Entrepreneurs. In addition, Vito is Member of the Board of Executive Club Luxembourg, Member of the Board and founder of RomLux Luxembourg (Romanian Chamber of Business) and Member of Banking Jurist Association in Luxembourg.
Vito Cassone holds a MSc in Economy, a Master in Business Administration and a Master in European Law and he started his own business after having worked for more than 25 years in the Banking field and 10 years in Tax, Legal, Compliance and Advisory area. Vito is a Visiting Professor to the University of Nancy 2 from 2007 where he teaches European Law.
In his personal commitment for Social and Charity activities, Vito has been Chairman of the Lions Club Luxembourg International, at the moment Founder Chairman of a new mixed gender and multicultural Lions Club in Luxembourg and from 2004 Chairman of the Italian association in Luxembourg ACLI with cca. 1.000 members.
Knott Rita
After 26 years in the financial industry in Luxembourg with many years in the board of management and the board of directors, Rita started her company “Rita Knott-Coaching Mentoring Consulting” in 2005 with the first cross-mentoring program in Luxembourg for women in leading positions. As a managing partner of her company she is also active in many leadership development initiatives, executive and team coaching, among others programs and initiatives for female entrepreneurs and women at board of director level.
Rita holds a university diploma in Coaching and Supervision of the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt/Main in Germany. She is a board member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) in Luxembourg and accredited coach with EMCC Luxembourg as well as the German Association of Supervision (DGSv).

Neiter Viviane
Viviane Neiter, has graduated from the prestigious Reims Management School in 1980. In 1998 Viviane became co-chair of the Association for Promotion of Individual Ownership and by 2003 she had created her own consulting firm, Neiter Consulting, which started by lobbying for the first proximity investment funds in the east of France, launched by Sigma Gestion.
As of 2010 Viviane is the Administrator for four companies, three of which are valued by the French Stock Exchange: Dolphin Intégration, the former Ginger Group (recently acquired by Grondmig, Kertel, Prodware) and one company not valued by the Stock Exchange, trading under the name Insert. Viviane views these positions as her greatest career achievement.
In recognition of her services, she has been awarded the “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur” and Silver “French Souvenir” medals.

After 12 years of estate planning and wealth planning in Belgium, Caroline Prüm has joined the Pictet offices in Luxemburg in order to sustain the development of this dedicated specialisation in the actual evolutionary international context. Caroline is active in an international groupement of wealth planners, the so-called EPSG ("Estate Planning Skill Group"). She's co-Chairman of the Luxemburg branch of the EPSG and is member of the triumvirat at the head of the international organisation. Caroline contributed to several publications specialised in wealth planning in general, and tax and legal optimisation in the Dutch Region of Belgium in particular. Caroline holds a Master in Tax Administration (Solvay Business School - Brussels), a Master in Notary Public Law (ULB - Brussels) and a Master in Law (KUL - Leuven).

Martine Reicherts, Director-General of the Publications Office of the European Union, is a native of Luxembourg.
She graduated in law and was a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
She has been working for the European Union since 1984 occupying various functions, including the post of Spokesperson for Jacques Santer, former President of the European Commission.
She is very much interested in the management of people and in spirituality in the broadest sense, and is a teacher of yoga.
