Why the Awards ?
The Inspiring Woman of the Year Award plays an invaluable role in recognising the vital importance of role models who serve to inspire and influence women.
The Awards offer students and professional women inspiration and motivation by celebrating and highlighting women who have achieved significant success and who have inspired their colleagues, collaborators and neighbours with their ideas, their drive and their commitment.
The Top Company for Gender Equity Award recognises and honours an organisation that has demonstrated measurable results in the recruitment, retention, and advancement of a balanced percentage between men and women at all levels of its hierarchy.
Grounded in research and based on quantitative data, the award measures the current representation of both genders as well as improvement in women’s representation over time.
